Polynesian Dance is a great work out. You will be on your feet and using core muscles.
In Hula we will focus on Kahiko (ancient style) and Au'ana (modern style).
For Tahitian we also focus on traditional Otea's (fast drumming patterns) and the more modern Apirima.
Once a month we journey to Aotearoa (New Zealand) and work on our Maori poi ball and titi torea (stick dance).
We except all ages 2- 80, Boys & Girls.
